However, manufacturers often make changes and upgrades to their products or packaging.
Consequently images, products and retail packaging may vary.
Return PolicyYou may return any
unused, unopened, undamaged item, with the exception of Special Orders,
within 14 days of receiving your
order for a refund of the item’s purchase price.
Only merchandise
that is returned in its original and sellable condition will be
credited to your account.
Most returns or cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation or restocking fee.

(RMA#)
and further information regarding merchandise returns.
Defective, damaged or missing items:If any of the items from your
order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives,
please contact a customer service representative for assistance
within 2 business days of delivery

sending an email containing your name, order number
and a
description of the problem to
craftadvantage@sbcglobal.net.
When emailing us
about your order, please place your order number in the subject
heading
If you receive a defective or damaged item we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund
after we have received the product back in our warehouse.
Please be advised that we are
not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
How to Return an Item:

We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA#) and return shipping information.
Once the
return is authorized, items should be carefully packed and shipped
to us with the RMA#
prominently marked on the outside of the box.
Craft Advantage will reimburse shipping costs in the case of
damaged, defective or wrongly shipped items.
Customer will be
responsible for shipping costs for all other returns.
When emailing
us about your order, please place your order number in the subject
heading.
For items damaged during shipment, please retain all
packing materials and items from the order.
Crediting your refund:
Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an
email listing the amount credited to your credit card account.
Please
allow 10 business days for us to process your return.
It may take up
to two credit card statements for your credit to appear.
Special Orders:
If you do not find what you need in our store, let us know! We will find it and get it for you.
All Special Orders must be paid at the time you place your order and can not be returned.
